How to use

Relaxing Massage Oil

Choose a quiet space with no distractions. Lower the lighting and find a comfortable position either sitting or lying down. Warm the body massage oil in the hands before massaging into skin in circular movements, starting soft and working to a comfortable pressure.

To enhance the aromatherapy massage experience, we recommend using our Diffusers or Aromatherapy Brass Burner Kit - perfect for diffusing essential oils to create a relaxing atmosphere.

Body Oil

Unwind can also be used as a nourishing and body oil, for skin that feels dry and dull. Smooth a small amount into damp skin to seal in moisture and achieve a soft, silky glow that lasts all day.

Calming Bath Oil

Add a few drops of Unwind to bath water for a relaxing and moisturising soak that leaves skin feeling soft and the mind at ease.
