A universal special metals primer designed for use on both interior and exterior galvanised and non-ferrous metal. This fast-drying primer provides a smooth, protective base coat that can be used on aluminum, brass, chrome, and copper. Ideal for the renovation and transformation of garden furniture, it will bring a new lease of life to tired, worn-out objects.

Preparation

Ensure all surfaces are clean, dry, and free from any loose or flaking material to avoid any problems with adhesion.

• Remove any growth or mould with an appropriate .
• Remove any loose or flaking paint by sanding or brushing.
• Clean away any grease or oil with an appropriate cleaning solution.

Application

We recommend performing a test patch on the surface to be painted to ensure you are happy with the finished results.

• Stir thoroughly before use.
• Apply using a brush, apply to metal surfaces within 1 hour of cleaning.
• Apply 1-2 coats as required, allowing 4 hours between coats.
• Do not apply if the temperature is below 10°C.
