- Shake the Metaboost Concentrate well and drink entire bottle. Follow immediately with 16 oz of water. Wait 15 minutes.
- Shake the Restore Concentrate well and drink entire bottle. Follow immediately with 16 oz of water.
- You may drink 16 oz of water every 2 hours after using Mighty Clean to extend your cleansing benefits throughout the day.
